They must have the following: 1. we require waterproof battery case. 2. the very brightest 120 Degree viewing angle LEDs available. 3. The traffic cone collar must be all heat welded or Ultrasonic welded for maximum water resistance 4. battery case to hold 4 AA batteries. 5. battery case requires new mould. 6. provide us with detailed technical drawing of the case for our approval.
