We are seeking a manufacturer to make High quality traffic cone LED collars.
They must have the following:
1. we require waterproof battery case.
2. the very brightest 120 Degree viewing angle LEDs available.
3. The traffic cone collar must be all heat welded or Ultrasonic welded for maximum water resistance
4. battery case to hold 4 AA batteries.
5. battery case requires new mould.
6. provide us with detailed technical drawing of the case for our approval. We will give you photo of what we want the case to look like,
7. we will pay moulding charge for water proof battery case battery
8. the bag that holds the battery case on the out side of the traffic cone must be water resistant.
You are to provide 2 prices as follows.
Diamond grade reflective material for large and small cone.
Industrial grade reflective material for large cone and small cone.
