We want to buy the following machinery for our up coming state of art Karaya Gum
(In Lups of 6cm to 9cm dia) processing unit. The material we process is Natural
Food Gums so the Equipment should be made out of Stainless Steel 316 in GMP model.

1. Pulveriser ¡V with manual feeding arrangement is designed to meet the requirement of
Gum processing industry. Soft to medium or hard materials is quickly pulverized to fine
powder. Replaceable multiple deflector liner with carefully designed serration's to
further breaks the particles into smaller size.

- Capacity per hour 150-800 Kgs depend on nature of the product and size of particle reduction.
- Rotor(RPM) 1480/3050/5700 Approx
- Electrical Motor 10Hp/7.5 Kw/415V/50Hz/3 Phase
- Pulveriser with all contact parts made out of S.S 316 quality,
GMP Model with 10 HP TEFC Motor.

2. SINGLE DECK VIBRO SIFTER 48¡¨ DIA with all contact parts made out of SS316 Quality GMP
model with TEFC Motor.

Vibro sifter is used to separate mass composition of solids from solids, liquid from solids
and Gradation of material as per required particle size by using different mesh size sieves.

This unit is fitted with specially designed Vibro Motor (TEFC) operating
2HP/415V/3HP/50CS/AC power supply with adjustable accentric weights at top and bottom.

This motor is mounted vertically at the centre of the base plate with proper locking
arrangement. This is provided with single deck hopper fabricated out of SS304 Quality.
SS screen sandwiched between hopper and bottom bowl with specially designed clamp and
neoprene gasket. The center hopper unit mounted on the base plate with clamp and gasket.
The base plate is mounted on the heavy duty SS springs with the help of SS bottom skirt.

3. RIBBON BLENDER 500 LITERS or 1000 LITERS Gross volume with all contact parts made out
of SS316 Quality with GMP model and TEFC Motor with suitable reduction Gear Box.

Ribbon blender is designed for rapid and through blending of the products.
The arrangement of the ribbons are provided a triple mixing action i.e. tumbling,
rolling and moving. The mixing of the material in opposite directions, which blends
the products of every type and grain size very fast.

4.TRAY DRIER-48 trays ¡V perforated/ SS316 Electrical drier with blower.
