We are looking for a Consultant and\or plant & machinery supplier for manufacturing the following product:
Acrylic base Polymer Emulsion Adhesive (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive \ PSA)
Application: B.O.P.P. Packaging Tapes / OPP carton sealing tape making, used as a gumming substrate.
The detail specifications are mentioned at the end of this email. We are interested in setting up a plant & machinery with a capacity of 100 to 150 MT/month.

The Detail specification sheet of Acrylic base Polymer Emulsion Adhesive Acrylic Polymer Emulsion Adhesive is very high tack, instant bond & non-migrating properties. Due to which the long term durability is better. It
is mainly used for B.O.P.P. Packaging Tapes / OPP carton sealing tape making.
It specifications:
Peel strength of 650 -700 gm/inch with 20 GSM coating (dry weight).
TYPE: Water based Emulsion
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Synthetic Acrylic Resin Emulsion PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:
Appearance: Milky White Emulsion
Solid content at 105ºC for 90 minutes: 55 + 1 %
Viscosity at 30ºC by Brookfield RVT Special. 12,20rpm: upto 1.5 poise
PH: 7 to 9
TYPE OF APPLICATORS: It being a low viscosity emulsion, the best coating method will be roller coating with a Mayer bar to control the coating weight. Alternately an air knife can also be used. The product can also be thickened and coated by reverse roller coating method.
SUGGESTED USES: BOPP Self-Adhesive Tapes/ Jumbo Rolls, Holograms, Inner lining of suitcase and soft leather bags and other related pressure sensitive applications.FOOD GRADE STANDARDS: The ingredients used in this product meet the compositional requirement of US F&DA Regulation chapter 21 Para 175.105
PIGMENTED COLOURED PASTE HANDLING & STORAGE: Store in sealed containers in dry condition at temperatures between 15-300C, away from direct heat, sunlight, dust and moisture. Protect from frost. Containers once opened should be shut tightly to prevent contamination. Stocks should be used on a first in, first out basis. Do not mix with other products without consulting us / doing your own test to determine
its suitability, as it can lead to incompatibility and other related problems.
PACKING: 9 to 10 Mt Tanker load, 220 Kg plastic drums, 50 Kg plastic drums. |
