2 The viscosity of tomato paste
3. The salt content of tomato paste 2%
4. Temperature of the tomato paste as it enters the pasteurizer 30 - 40 degree entigrade
5. Pasteurizing temperature required is 90 degree centigrade
6. Holding time required few seconds
7. Filling temperature required 90 degree centigrade
8. Capacity require 21 kg per minute
