We are italian rope's manufacturer and are interested in buying polyester Poy multifilament yarn, but only if substandard or stock, because the local rope's market price doesn't allow us to work with 1. class yarn. We can accept yarns with all kind of problems for the textile industry. We can use all dtx also mixed and all bobbins weights.
