Dear Sir,
To facilitate the processing of your quotation, kindly furnish :
A-total value item wise (quantity x quoted rate)
B-separately - discount, packing & forwarding charges, freight, excise duty, sales tax, insurance and other taxes wherever applicable.
C-net price of all items after accounting for all charges mentioned above in (b).
Also:
1- the quotation should be valid for one month.
2- the quotation should be sent in a e-mail, sealed envelope, subscribed with enquiry no. And date .
3- delivery will be preferred ex-stock or delivery date and terms should be mentioned.
4- in case of failure / delayed supplies, the company may purchase goods from other sources at their sole discretion and difference will be recovered from you.
5- the company reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of quotation received, without assigning any reason.
6- please return our drawings, if any, with the quotation.
7- all instruments should be calibrated.
