We have several good clients for Hot Rolled Coils . Among them, we have a major client, have given us firm inquiriy for Prime Quality Hot Rolled Steel Coils in different sizes. Their monthly requirement is 6000 - 7000 MT. Offers required on CFR Chittagong Port, Bangladesh basis. Please find our Client's required HRC Spec. as follows:
Product: Hot Rolled Coil, Grade: SAE 1006 Size : 1.60mm x 800mm 1.80mm x 915mm 2.00mm x 915mm
End use very thin gauge galvanized corrugated sheets
Physical Dimension and condition: Tolerance on width - As per SAE 1006 ( + 20 - 0 mm ) Coils should be tight and square wound Coil both ends should be square- No fish tail Inner Diameter 762 mm, Outer diameter - 2000 mm max Coil Weight-Minimum 18 kg /mm of coil width but maximum to the extent of 20 MT (16MT to 20MT) Telescopic and collapsed coils - not acceptable, Coils should be suitably strapped on eye and circumference.
Chemical Composition : Carbon - 0.05% max Manganese - 0.20 max Phosphorous - 0.030 max, Sulphur - 0.030 max Silicon -As minimum as possible, ( should be Aluminum Killed ) Hardness - 55 - 60 HRB max Tensile Strength - 27-30 kg / mm2
Camber, Thickness run down along the length and across the width as per SAE 1006 Wedge across the width - Not acceptable Defects - Free from major defects viz. Holes, Pits, Body and Edge Lamination seams slivers rolled in scale pitting etc.
The most demanding and required size of the above is 1.60 x 800 x Coil
