Require cable and connectors that will work with a NERA M4 World Communicator Satellite

I am hoping that you will be able to assist me in sourcing both cable and connectors that will work with a NERA M4 World Communicator Satellite. Currently the military unit I am part of deploy these equipments in avariety of roles the majority of which involve the units being set up and taken down at regular intervals with very few remaining set up for long periods of time. As a result of this there is alot of damage done to the connectors that attach to the dish and the modem resulting in the equipment having to be replaced and new cables procured.

In order to overcome this i propose to make short ¡¥pigtail¡¦ cables approx 6 inches long that will attach permanently to both the modem and dish connector. The comms coax will then attach to the pigtails thus reducing the risk of damage and also making the technicians job easier in the environments in which they operate

I do not know if what i propose to do is possible but can you please provide a quote for the following:

a. A 10mtr standard co ax cable that will connect from the modem to the dish

b. Any longer co ax cable that maybe available to connect from the modem to the dish. At times 10mtrs is far to short so anything e.g 50mtr would be useful

c. Cost of the connector that connects to the dish (right angle connector)

d. Cost of the connector that connects to the modem

e. Cost of the connector that would need to be used to connect the pigtail to the standard right angle connector on the coax (10mtr)

f. Coat of a real of 100mtrs of co ax suitable to be used to make the pigtails

g. Cost of any crimping tool that is specific to this task

It is my intention to make approx 100 pigtails and so any discount that can be given for bulk buying, or military discount would be appreciated. Quote to include delivery etc.

Any assistance you can give with this would be appreciated. I have had details sent to me by a company in Singapore but the costings are to high and also they are only able to provide the finished product which increases the cost considerably. I have attached a diagram of what I am trying to achieve based upon what they sent me. I believe that the connectors used are excessive but it gives an indication of the end result I want to achieve
