Dear Cement Manufacturers,

We are in a position to order cement now. We need 25000MT plus 25000MT to Sudan. WE need another 12500MT to Africa as well. We can also order approx 12500MT per month to Dubai for an unlimited period.

Buying direct from the manufacturer is also the best way.

However, we need an indication of prices. THe price needs to be workable

1)

I can open an l/c now to order 25000MT in one shipment to Sudan (another l/c will then be opened for the other 25,000MT one month later).

I met with the buyer three days ago. He will open an l/c now and if all goes well he will open an l/c for the other 25.000MT.

What can our manufacturer in Pakistan offer as price. If he can meet it as our first order we will go ahead now.

For the 12500MT to Africa the port of destination is near Madagaskar.

3)

for the 12500MT per month the price can vary, but needs to be the same price as if buying the cement in Dubai on the local market.

Summary

WE can place orders. However the price needs to be competitive. Origin & Shcedule delivery needed.
