Four tenders requesting offers from eligible bidders as per the World Bank guidelines for the supply of intensive care units equipment in four lots including (a) 24 ICU ventilators, (b) 20 infusion pumps, (c) 10 mobile x - ray units & (d) 6 blood gas analyzers all under funding from the IDA affiliated to the World Bank. Supplier will be responsible for the delivery, installation & initial set up of the equipment ensuring its operation status for each lot. Qualifications requirements include: (a) Financial capability: the bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that he meets the following financial requirements by submitting copies of his audited financial statements (must be positive) for the past three fiscal years. (b) Experience and technical capacity: The bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that he meets the following experience requirements including a minimum level of 5 years experience in manufacturing/ acting as authorized agent or authorized distributor in a similar type of goods for which the invitation for bids is issued. A margin of preference for eligible national contractors shall be applied as appropriate .
