First of all I am interested in procurement of the production line for production of Aseptic concentrate of "pomegranate" and having in mind that you are a well established company in this field I would hereabout draw your attention to the following.
I am interested in as much automation as possible of the production line of a smaller production capacity 1000kg / h of fresh fruit, which would comply with HASSP and FDA standards. Besides pomegranate I would process other fruit as well: wild blueberry, raspberry, apple. . .
Please answer me to the following questions:
1) What is the space needed for such a facility (dimensions) and what is the necessary infrastructure?
2) Which options of propellent (drive fuel) are at the disposal and what is the consumption of fuel per unit of time?
3) Servicing of the production line
4) Price of the production line with assembly and trial production:
Option: 500kg / h 1000kg / h 2000kg / h
5) Delivery deadline
6) Payment conditions
7) Multi functionality of the production line.
