This m/c is suitable for various shoes material cooling forming pattern and canbe also making foam sponge hot forming pattern, such as: EVA welt of sport shoes, movable shoe pad, vamp, protecting shield of sportwares, travel box & ancillary protecting shield of computer ect.
Adopted rapid cooling forming pattern and the production rate is over than conventional model about one multiple, especially, the formed product the beauty & accuracy and not deformed easily.
The up & lower cooling plates can be adjusted the cooling degree separatively and max. 10 C below zero.
To exchange the conventional chiller must be equipped with cooling tower & water piping etc., Intricate type and this m/c is installed the cooling system on the cooling plate directly, asve labour & material waste.
The moulding up & lower position can be adjusted randomly, convenient & simple of operating, safety, since, that is a sharpen tool for shoes material production shop;
