FEATURES:
1. We designed tester all following IPC 2.3.17 (4.1) test method requirement.
2. The temperature tolerance is ¡Ó 1.5oC on a heating platen tested at 9 points.
3. The heating platen is precision machined and ground for high parallelism and
flatness accuracy up to ¡Ó 0.02mm.
4. Upper, lower heating platen with PID device to calculate temperature
automatically.
5. High precision, high stability hudraulic system design, the accuracy is
0.1kg/cm2.
Option:
Resin flow and scale flow conjunctive tester is official recommended machine model.

4.1 Laminating press mainatined at a temperature of 171 ¡Ó 2.8oC (340 ¡Ó
5o) and capable of providing a pressure of 200 psi (¡Ó10psi) on the test
specimen.
