The machine is an upgrade from the pneumatic type clamp carrier, with two units of hand hydraulic wrench to tightening clamps. A simple push or pull on operator will engage tightener with clamps for tightening or loosening.
The two hydraulic wrenchs mounted on front rest can slide smoothy from clamp to clamp. Similarly, two pneumatic panel flatteners mounted on overhead beam are also slided smoothly to flatten the panels while clamps tightening.
The hydraulic clamp tightener is powerful, quiet, lightening torque adjustable.
The hydraulic wrench is automatically push or pull, engage to the tightener with clamps and automatically tightening or loosening. The pneumatic panel flattener to flatten the panels while the clamp tightening. |
