This machine is a Volumetric fillers
, which is usually used for filling the high viscous products , such as : fat and soft chromium , toothpaste and others. The materials can be fed and discharged by mrans of piston. The product will be sent to fill up , amd the basic components of the fill-up portion is a movable controlling valve that are composed of valve cape, piston and fill-up tube.
When filling up circularly , the
piston shall be backward from front position and lead the movable controlling valve into cylinder , when the piston return to the end , the movable controlling valve will turn to the discharge position , then the piston goes forward , the product will be discharged to the container by fill-up tube.

Applicable for the containers such as : glass bottle , plastic bottle and iron can with paste and high viscosity liquid.
The shape of can , bottle can be designed precisely . High precision filler made of stainless steel.
The outlet and inlet can be designed to be at 90 or 180 as customer request.
