A. Functions
(1) The function of paste roller mechanism :
Equipped with 4 sets of paste roller mechanism.
Even film thickness is obtained by means of micro-adjustment.
Paste roller has fine grooves for paste to be adhered easily.
(2) Servo Termination head mechanism :
Equipped with 4 sets of servo dipping head mechanism.
There is a termination roller on top head of the paste roller. The function is to adhere the paste from the paste roller.
Termination head can be moved up-down, right-left and forward-backward.
The downward pressure of termination roller can be micro-adjusted.
The backward/forward movement of termination head can be set thorough HMI.
Frequency of the left/right motion and times of dipping head can be set by HMI.
The dipping times can be set by HMI.
(3) The clamping device of cassette fixture :
The cassette is pushed by upward cylinder, and the position is the base level of magazine fixture so that the chips can be terminated with better measure or precisely.
The gripper of clamping device can be raised and lowered to tighten and loose the cassette.
(4) The function of cassette transference :
Equipped with 2 conveyors to transfer cassette .
Each conveyor has 2 sets of termination mechanism.
One conveyor can be operated manually, the other can be operated automatically, or 2 conveyors are operated by manually and automatically simultaneously.
(5) The function of drying system :
Equipped with 4 sets of heater and can be operated independently.
Temperature can be set freely.
(6) The control unit :
Adopt PLC as controller.
Use HMI to read/write the parameter.
