The machine is a single press type,continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablet.
It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical
food,electronic industry
Features:
1. The outside part of the machine is full-enclosed,the material of
the cover and the inside table face is stainless steel.The turret
face is specially disposed keeping the luster of the face and
prevent the cross pollution,meet the GMP norms.
2. It has transparent windows so that press condition can be
observed clearly and the window can be opened cleaning
3. The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is
reasonable
4. The speed is adjusted by frequency converter
5 A overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid
the damage of the punches and apparatus,when overload
occurs the machine stops automatically
6. It is mechanical and electrical integration,it is showed by touch
screen(such as speed,capacity and stoppage)
7. It has dust collector.There is advanced installation that can
automatic dismantle dies. |
