Automated packing-tape forming machines for electronic parts
Designed or fully automated material feeding, tape heating, forming, punching, measuring & cutting, and tape winding.
The heating die set, forming die set, and punching die set can be micro-adjusted in X/Y axis directions or via level turning for quick die changes, ensuring easy and precise operation.
Heating, die-spotting and air-compresion-forming time can be manually set on the control panel for different requirements and production procedured..
Can be quickly adjusted for turning out carrier tapes in width between 12mm ~ 88mm.
Servo system is optional for the feed mechanism, better serving molds 96 -112mm long.
Can work with a winding collector when turning out long carrier tapes.
