PRE's automatic Return Type Machines (RTM), are ideally suited for medium to high volume, high quality finishing operations. Where exact control of cycle times, temperatures, current flows and activation cycles are essential. Our
RTM equipment performs with consistent accuracy. Lifting and horizontal transverse movements are hydraulically controlled at varying speeds and soft arrival.
PRE's RTMs feature computer controls, automatic load/unloading, automatic cycle selector, rack storage on the machine, Process by-pass, live entry/exit of rectification, lubrication systems, built in rack strip, built in parts dryer oven, vertical rack agitation for enhanced cleaning and auto dosers and flue gas towers complete the supply. With positive chain drive, the RTM can be designed to handle a wide variety of loads.
The System is also available with carrier arms in single or multiple rack arrangements. With advanced pick up and delayed set down, carrier arms may be lifted independently to meet several thickness specifications during one machine cycle. Solution dragout can also be reduced by lengthening drip times. These unites may pass over tanks where several PLC-programmed working cycles are performed. |
