The series of glass coaters or metallizers are specially designed for coating mirrors or large-sized act wall glass, equipped with well designed substrate racks and conveniently removable holders for any specifications or sizes of glass. The machines have its advantages of large space, even films coating, reasonable structure, high pumping speed, short coating cycling, efficient productivity, easy manipulation and maintenance, etc.
Work Principle: Applying evaporation or sputtering coating device by resistance heating or sputtering targets in the vacuum chamber. As a result the metal wire is fused into molecules steam or various sputtering targets are blazed by electronics under magnetic field into ions steam and deposited on the glass and thus, the reflection film is produced on its surface. By magnetron sputtering reactive coating technique, it can also coat or metallize various color films or iridescent film on glass.
Coupled with the subsidiary equipment DL Cryogenic Oven, this equipment can produce silver, grey or dark brown glass with heating diffusion function. It can be also equipped with magnetron sputtering source and targets to realize high-ranking films.
Coating Process:
Step 1: Glass cleaning.
Step 2: Desiccation by stoving.
Step 3: Vacuum coating.
Step 4: Surface spraying coating.
Step 5: Finished products.
