The electrical contacts are fitted into the case of pressure gauges or thermometers and intended to make or break an electric control circuit to the position of the pointer on the instruments.
Electrical contacts can be installed for pressure gauges with dial dia.2.5" (bottom connection type only), dia. 4" and 6", and for stainless steel Differential pressure gauges, and for Thermometers with dial dia.3" ~ 6"
Position of contact block:
Visual type -- the contact block is mounted onto the dial
Hiding type -- the contact block is mounted behind the dial
Number of contacts:
Single contact -- normally open ; normally closed
Double contacts -- normally open and closed ; normally open x 2 ; normally closed x 2
Lens: Acrylic lens for visual type ; Safety glass lens for hiding type, with adjustment knob
Wiring styles: Junction box ; means of a flying lead cable ; terminals (only available for thermometers)
Material of contact points: silver-nickel alloy standard
Platinum-iridium alloy available by special customization
Filling (option): Insulation oil (only available for pressure gauges)
Max. voltage: AC 250 V & DC 220 V standard, AC 380 V available

Sliding contact -- 10W or 18VA
Magnetic snap-action contact -- 30W or 50VA (dry gauge) ; 20W or 20VA (liquid filled gauge) |
