JLD-E / JLS-E series adopt the computerized Actuator System, all the pattern information stored in the controller is transformed in to mechanical movement sequences via the aid of an efficiency ceramic control unit on each feeder. The memory capacity of the controller is expandable upto 4 MB which is large enough to excute unlimited pattern fabrics.
Any complex pattern drawing can be designed or scanned into computer graphic system and stored the data into a floppy disk. .The command is transferred to the individual needle selector to excute three mechanical movements (knit, Tuck, Miss) by means of the c eramic piezoelectricity which is ex tremely reliabIe to get the high production output as well as patterning flexibility. |
