The cam block is designed for 3 tracks on dial and 4 tracks on cylinder offered as standard equipment. It is more flexible and economic to the factories where 2x2 machine are existed. As later only cams have to be purchased for knitting 2x4 or 3x4 patterned fabrics.
Our machines are abIe to run upto 25-30 RPM but with lower decible.
it is not necessary to lubricate the gears which are immersed in oil bath. An automatic oil sprayer is equipped for smoothing the needle grooves and tracks. For cleaning the needle beds, we offer a
blowing device. By all means we keep the machines from dust and abrasion.
Jiunn Long Knitting machines are designed and manufactured by an intelligent and professional working group with the aid of CAD system and delicate machine tools.
