The Impulse D7 is the slightly more refined cousin of the Boardwalk D7. The 4130 chromoly frame is stiff and extremely strong and the GroundFloor frame design is perfect for city riding. Yet, it comes at a price that most consumers can afford. One of the best value packages on the market.
