This facility uses electrode methods to control coating thickness within 10£g¡ã30£g and reduce coating costs. Moreover, it uses UF installation for second-time recycling, which allows the coating materials brought through the chute when coating not to be wasted. The electrode method can enable the adhesion on the coating of the coated objects to be increasingly difficult to fall off. Using the positive and negative poles to evenly absorb effective coatings will prevent the influence on the thickness of the coating from people¡¦s movements. Moreover, it can bring the best results into full play regardless of the shape of the object being coated.
The designed operating time and treatment dipping time can be modified. The production speed will not be influenced by the volume of the objects that being coated. |
