This machine is suitable for cutting dining table column stander which max. Length is 620mm and the diameter is from max. 300mm to min.
100mm. it is also suitable for cutting similar large workpieces.
Except the workpice loading and unloading is manally operated the other systems are full automatic operation They are driven by hydraulic pressure.
Besides one round shaving knife, this machine also installs U-knife and V-inife each for traversal copying cutting.
The formed knife's cutting angle is in 20 . The carriage's feeding movement is very stable and the cutting dimensions are very accurate.
The location for workpiece feeding is very accurate. Both copying cutter's carriage and formed cutter's are easy to be adjusted.
The spindle motor of this machine is 7 1/2HP and pump motor is 3HP.
The capacity of the oil tank is 90 liters. |
