The Punch Former can be applied to precisely grind standard or longer punches to round, elliptical, multiangle, or any particular shape.
V Block cross slide design provides fine adjustment. When moving from center to either side, the punch can be precisely ground to various shapes.
Forming Lever can make convex radius, concave radius,and parallel dressing for grinding wheel.
General angles can be quickly set up. It can be applied to Electric Discharge Machines, index, inspection, panel
gradient grinding light milling, boring and radius dressing etc.
The parts are made of alloy steel processed by heat, subzero treatment for stress relief against distortion, and the inherent high accuracy can be maintained
almost permanently.
Angle machining is possible with the combined use of the sine plate. |
