| Bar Oil Super System is an automatic magazine bar feeder that combines the very well known IEMCA mechanical solutions with the flexibility of a reliable CNC system. MINIBOSS is compatible with types of sliding and fixed headstock lathes both CNC and cam operated with spindle bores up to 25 mm. Equipped with an advanced elastic guide channel, MINIBOSS allows the rotation of round and shaped bars (hexagonal and square) at high RPMs with minimal noise and no vibration. The bar feeding speed is controlled throughout its total cycle at a suitable value by the use of a sensitive electronically adjustable thrust clutch driven by a DC motor. |
