Man-Machinery-Interface (MMI) operation: The machine is operated by touch display MMI, users are able to monitor and control machine operations from the screen. Digital control take-up: The machine headstock is driven by vector inverter motor. Online control take-up numbers through driving formula, instead of traditional PIV machine winding. Precise & stability: Every part is connected by communication network system. Operating numbers with memory functions: Save time in changing shifts, free from relying on operation experience. Tension controlled by computer feedback system, tension value is set and shown on MMI. PID auto controls each section¡¦s temperature, which is set and shown on MMI. Precise beam shafts re-winding control and tension setting, which shows the actual value and tension on MMI. The whole machine is driven without shaft, which avoid clearance and depletion of traditional machines. |
