1.The machine contains two different sizes dust filter and micro-dust collecting/squeezing device.
2. The first dust basket PF-1 eliminates larger particles of waste cottons & dusts in it, smaller dusts attach on the second dust basket MF-2. The dusts are drawned into squeezing machine MDP 180-3A by vacuum sucking tube and formed limps for easy disposition.
3. Suitable for disposition of waste natural cottons and dusts, also used for collecting re-cycled air of blowing process.
4. Energy saving, no need of wind mills of great horsepower.
5. Equipped with auto pause collecting system to collect waste materials of blowing. |
