1. Equipped with Japanese made twin clutch/brake system & Italian made twin mark sensor, enable to make two lines of printed bottom sealing bags.
2. Equipped with 1/2 lines sealing bar, hot block pins and automatic conveying system for making both flat type bags and semi-products of T-shirt bags.
3. Split rolls with two sets of independent rear film feeding motors together with tow sets of film exhaust scanner keep machine film feeding smoothly and can stop machine automatically when film run out.
4. Both sides of machine equipped with independent film length adjuster and control switch for independent setting and operation.
5. Film jamming scanner helps to stop machine when bags jammed.
6. Japanese made inverter equipped for machine speed control avoiding mechanical breakdown.
7. Both air feed & spring belt system are used as the film out feeding devices to keep film out feeding stable.
8. Special warning design to stop machine after 3 miss of printed mark registration. |
