* The machine employs two vertical spindles to perform multiple slicing operations. Workpieces, after cut, are then fed through guide slots ensuring high cutting accuracy.
* 8 pcs upper feed rollers and 2 pcs lower feed rollers run synchronizely. Combined with right saw auxiliary rollers features extra powerful feeding effect. The right saw auxiliary rollers are liftable to facilitate sawblade replacement and provides convenient and accurate adjustment.
* Pneumatically loaded feed rollers are driven by a gear reducer. Synchronized feed speed gives a powerful feeding effect.
* Powered feed roller elevation provides convenient and fast adjustment.
* The table is manufactured from alloy cast iron, vacuum heat treated, precision machined and hard chrome plated.
* Air blast cooling through saw arbor provides excellent cooling effect on the sawblade. This upgrades cutting quality and extends blade service life.
* Equipped with saw arbor overload protection device. In case overload occurs, the feed drive motor stops first and then all saw arbor motors also stop. |
