Non woven micro fabrics offer softness and high permeability which have won them a wide range of uses in synthetic leather and other areas of industry. New products which take advantage of the special quality of non-woven fabrics have been developed recently in the synthetic leather industry.
Semi-finished non~woven materials are dipped in latex to give then added strength and a better feel. This superior feel makes them suitable for use as a base material in the production of artificial leather. The base material is fed into a wet process coating machine. After dipping and coating in PU synthetic leather is form for useing in shoes and other products. |
