It is a full hydraulic curing press, available for curing radial tires and bias tires.
It gets a simple sturcture, and combining with the linear bear, which makes the machine getting high precision demand.
The special designed hydraulic cylinder can avoid the out-material scraping the surface of piston rod, Cylinder liner and packings for preventing oil laekage.
The drilled platen can make the temperature around the platen evenly, and makes the platen getting high rigidy without deformation.
The condenswater drainde by temperature control method, which makes the platen always holding in presetted curing temperature, no more reduce down.
The center post cylinder is used hydraulic cylinder, which keeps the cylinder away from leakage and damage. And without changing spacer it can be preset the stroke by a digutal controller.
Excepting the curing main body, it can provide loader, unloader and P.C.I. device for full auto curing operation.
The loader device acted by hydraulic system, which gets steady actualion and excellent precision. Its stroke of life and down can be preset by digital.
It is controlled by PLC, the whole curing condition are preset in the PLC, which makes the size change very quickly and without mistake.
It can operate in single cavity just by turning a switch, without manual adjustment or closing interrelated valves. |
