This is a patented single column machine for drilling or for tapping. When cheap, conventional, DIY type drilling machine saturated at every factory, people start looking for low cost production type drilling machine or tapping machine for its accuracy and durability.
For this purpose, we have designed a single machine. This machine has a standard base and column. At lower portion of this machine is equipped with hydraulic control system and cooling system. T-slot machine table will allow users to install fixture for various jobs. The column, is made of casting iron, will take various models of drilling units or tapping units at user's selection. Our special designed column will take a spindle height adjustment without moving motor. And also the column will have enough space to install a multiple spindle head. |
