This machine is device with many trays in the cabinet. The food is spread out on the tray generally quite thinly. Dried medium temperature air of the whole circulation system sweep across the trays. The humid existing in the process material is absorbed by dry air. The moist vapor is condensed to be water by cooling system. Then the water will be extracting out. That is how the low temperature drying takes place. The drying air could be setting the temperature at 25¢X~60¢XC(77¢X~140¢XF) .
