Heavily ribbed wide bed is made by the process of indication hardness and precision grinding.
The main spindle which is supported by 3 pcs of high precision bearings can be used for heavy cutting.
Gears of spindle is hardened and preciously ground
(Operation is very easy because micro- switch is included.)
Gear Box and apron are totally enclosed to prevent entrance of dust.
(Moreover, overload safety device is included.)
Longitudinal and cross feed are controlled by same lever. Apron and carriage have interlocked mechanism for feed and threading.
Construction of tailstock is hardened and ground. It can keep high precision and move easily.
Brake pedal can cut power source directly so it is safe. |
