FEATURE
* It's to adopt the drill head made by the JAR HON, and tapping main spindle head mated with hydraulic sliding base; only press one time the start button, it can complete the actions of drilling shifting, and tapping. It can be also equipped with the multi-spindle device for the completion of drilling and tapping at a time, thus and so, it can make efficiency and quality is better.
* The shifting slider base is in hydraulic, it can shift automatically and quickly equipped with buffer device that can position exactly, reduce noise and vibration.
* The cutting liquid is in cycle system and installed an anti-splash plate to reduce wear and tear of cutting tools as well as to assure quality of products.
* Designed for auto processing and high security that can be conducive to the operator to learn and one operator could handle several machines.
* Available for mass production in the secondary machining process of forging, die casting, casting and the secondary machining process in auto lathe such as : sanitary equipment, gas tools, valve, spray gun, connector.
