Our factory (Pinghu Shuangxi Baby Carrier Manufacture Co., Ltd) was found in 2000.
And it covers about 20,000 square meters. Our factory has passed ISO9001:2000 .We have
six workshops--injection workshop, pressing and welding workshop,spray-paint workshop,bicycle workshop,tricycle workshop and motorcycle workshop.
We are specializing in bicycle.We have more than 400 workers and the producing ablity is very large. Usually we can produce about 2500pcs bicycke per day if every fitting is ready.
We are also specializing in tricycle and motorcycle except above. Each workshop has about 50 workers. The producing ability in motorcycleis 300pcs per day if every fitting is ready and about 400 in tricycle workshop.
In addition, we have our own design company to design new items. Every year, we will invest more than RMB1,000,000 to the field. So new items will come out per year to tator for different customers in the world. |
