I am agent direct seller MANDATE.
Our company is ready to take care of any demand to SUGAR ICUMSA 45, UREA and CEMENT.
For we it is essential that you it sends LOI and BCL or RWA, to give continuity in the negotiation.
PROCEDURE FOR THE BUY OF SUGAR.
Primary Documentation: LOI + BCL or ICPO
1.Buyer issue LOI with request specification, quantity, shipment's lot's, port of destination, time of delivery, terms of payment and all other details including the buy/sell procedure banking information.
2.Seller issues FCO, to be confirmed by the buyer
3.Buyer send BCL and FCO signed and sealed.
4.Seller send draft contract and confirms procedure.
5.Buyer send signed contract by fax and e-mail and the seller send original contract any facsimile or electronic copies, shall be considered as the original
6.Buyer send pre-advise for LC and seller send bank to bank POP.
7.Seller's bank provides 2, 0% non-operative performance bond for shipment
8.Buyer's bank within 5 banking days after receipt of the Non-operative Performance bond provides the agreed LC, to activate the 2, 0% PB.
9.Shipment as mentioned in the contract starts not later than 30/45 days.
Buyer must inform in this contract all the ports of destination that can be used to be created a formal schedule for delivery.
Seller “Defaulters List?is so large that he has resorted primary defence mechanisms for prospective Buyer-resellers.
No inquiry will be answered without required documents. |
