SHINI Plastics Technologies, Inc. was established in 1969, We started with the manufacture of band and pipe heaters. Along with the rapid development of plastic industry in Taiwan, SHINI began its production of plastic auxiliary equipments such as hopper dryer, auto loader, mold temperature controller ,granulator, chiller, color mixer and dehumidifying dryer .Those products have been now in the markets of over fifty countries around the world. For more than 15 years, SHINI has been manufacturing OEM/ODM products for many advanced industrial countries. Through out those cooperation, SHINI has learned lots of advanced technology and experiences of quality control from those partners. In 1992, SHINI set up another manufacturing plant in DongGuan, China. The production process here is also same strictly quality- controlled as in the headquarters itself. From the manufacture of the electric pipe and band heaters to the casting , machine tool processing and assembly, all these are carried out at the plant itself and make up 90% of the entire process. This will ensure our high quality control can go through every detail of the product. In 2000, we achieved the ISO-9001 on our factory management and also the CE certificated for our products.
In year 2001, SHINI completed the maintenance service networks all over China already, make no matter where are in china, the after-sale service can be afforded rapidly. In year 2002, SHINI has expended it's production line to East China (NingBo) and takes up an area of 23300m2. It can satisfy your need fast in supply. in 2003, the factory of South China (Dong guan) have moved and expanded to 43000m2, as well as Taipei factory in Taiwan have moved and expanded to 8000m2 also.
